Gentlemen’s Ornament or Gift Tag

I love the detail you get from the Gentlemen’s Puff stamp in the Antiquated Collection ~ Fine and Dandy Stamp Set. Each fine line in the Puff can be seen and it makes me so happy. This project can be used as an ornament for your tree to represent the men in the family or attached to a gift and used as a gift tag. The back is covered with the blank margin from a piece of vintage book page. I used two Maya Road Rectangle Foundation chipboard pieces as the base for this project. One complete rectangle front was covered with vintage sheet music. Then just the outer piece of the second rectangle was stamped using the fir tree stamp from Little Red Wagon by Pink Persimmon. Altered Paper Mache Box

I tell ya cleaning out my scraproom has allowed me to find some things I had forgotten all about having. This paper mache butterfly box was stashed away deep down in a drawer and these bunny picks where hanging in a bag that had been pushed way back in the closet. Putting the two together sure did make for a super cute altered box. I’m so glad I found them. This is what the Rabbit looked like originally. I found these in the Easter section at JoAnns. Altered Letters

Making sure to trace your letters backwards, then cut out Apply Mod Podge to your letters, place your your cut out letter on top and smooth out all bubbles, set aside and allow to dry Cut ribbon make sure to allow enough ribbon for a double knot and attach the jump rings to the metal eyelet letters Once letter is dry using a Krylon leafing pen outline the edge of the paper on the letters as well as covering all the white or wood on the top, bottom and inside of letters.
