With just the switch of two ingredients you too can bake these two amazing cookies. I love any baked item that contains lemon and these Lemon cookies are AMAZING!!! You have been warned. You will NOT be able to eat JUST ONE!!! Lord help my hips and thighs.

Now if you substitute the Lemon Cake Mix and White Chocolate Morsels for a Devils Food Cake Mix and a regular sized bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels you get these AMAZING chocolate cookies. My daughter Ansley and her friends LOVE these and can devour a single batch in no time flat!
