especially Maya Road stuff. I tell ya chipboard makes me so happy. I decided to just play the other day and this is what I created. A fun little tag for my family. I’m not sure which side I like best. Can you name all the Maya Road products included? Those that get it right will have their name put in a drawing to win a RAK.
Good Luck!

Gosh I have been a very bad blogger. Sorry about that… I’ve been a little busy lately with projects I can’t show (ha… wonder which ones!) but since the National Stationery Show is just around the corner I can now start posting some of my Maya Road projects. You know Maya Road has lots of products that are perfectly sized for cards.

On my “It’s a girl” card I used a Maya Road Scroll, Noah Bold Rubons in White, Textured Knit Blossoms and Velvet Sparkle Blossoms.
Since I have completed 7 projects for my book I picked number 7 to receive the Maya Road RAK. Which means… Congrats JustLisa you are the winner! Please email your address to me and I will mail it out to you ASAP.
I just wanted to post a reminder that the Maya Road “We want to take your Mini Album to CHA” contest ends Sunday, May 11th. To enter, you simply need to upload your project to the Two Peas member gallery – don’t forget to check the “Maya Road Wants To Take Your Mini Album To CHA” member challenge! Two winners will be selected on or around May 15th. Winners will have their projects displayed in the Maya Road booth at the 2008 CHA-Summer show in Chicago and will also receive a $100 prize.
Good luck to those that have entered so far. We have some awesome entries.

This “Bird of Friendship” mini kit goes on sale May 1st over at Cocoa Daisy. If you like to create quick inexpensive projects this is a kit you will enjoy. This mini kit comes with all the supplies shown as well as step by step instructions and color photos.
As you can see there are many of my favorite Maya Road products included. And speaking of Maya Road. You need to check out their new website. They have a new section called Creative Corner that is filled with lots of great ideas using their products. If you want to purchase products seen in some of the projects featured now you can. The item you purchase are bought and shipped from a store that carries Maya Road. So, leave me a post telling me what you think about the site and I will randomly pick a winner for a Maya Road RAK.
Enjoy!

This project was created using Maya Road’s new Mailbox. It measures 4.5″x 4″ x 7″ and comes with the cute postage stamp chain book that measures 3.75″ x 5.75″. My theme is Special Delivery and has photos of my new niece Isabella Kate. Their are so many themes for this little cutie.

And the winner of the Maya Road RAK is….. Patti Church! Congratulations Patti, please email me your snail mail address and I will get your RAK sent out to you.

Oh this little sneak peek is full of wonderful Maya Road new release items. So much fun I tell ya! In this little Valentine for daughter #2 (don’t worry daughter #1 I am making something for you too) you will see lots of new Maya Road goodies… Heart Beads from their Trinkets Beads “Hearts and Butterflies” collection, Crochet Shimmer Blossoms, Scrolls II, a butterfly from the “Butterflies and Bugs” collection and a Heart page from their new 2-Ring Heart Chipboard Book. So much fun!!! The possibilities are endless with all the new products. My brain cannot keep up with all the ideas I have swirling in my head. I do believe their new flowers and scrolls are what sends me soaring over the moon. I can use them on everything and LOL… I think I have.
Oh and Santa is picking the RAK winner today. I will announce the winner tomorrow. Good luck. I hope you all have been very good.
Enjoy your day!

Just wanted to wish my dear Dad a.k.a Santa a very Happy Birthday.
Love you Dad!

And since he is such a giving kinda guy I thought it would be fun to give a Maya Road RAK in honor of his special day. This RAK will have new release products included. Which means you will be one of the first to have them. So, please leave a comment wishing my Dad a happy birthday and I will have him randomly pick a winner.
Good luck!

Here are a few cards I created for my online chat last Friday at 2 Scrappy Chix Designs. Talk about a bunch of really sweet people. I had a wonderful time meeting you all. Congrats again to Kim Van Wormer for winning the Maya Road RAK. I can’t wait to see what you create using all the products.

Now that my sister and her family are gone I am playing catch up! I am seriously behind in projects. I will post some as I complete them… hopefully in a few days. Make sure you have signed up for the Cocoa Daisy newsletter. It will include the instructions to create my family message board.

This week Cocoa Daisy is sponsoring Dare 29 on the Aussie Dares How Dare You blog. Susan Johannes invited me to participate in this weeks Dare. The theme is Fantasy. Here is my Fantasy interpretation. I think these photos of my niece Madelyn when she was 2 worked perfectly.

I will have my butterfly template available for download on my blog soon.
Tonight Aug. 10th at 8 p.m. central time, I will be chatting over at 2ScrappyChixDesigns. I hope you all come and join in on the fun. I have a make-n-take and some templates available for those who join as well as a great Maya Road RAK to be given away at the end of the chat. This RAK contains some new CHA-S releases which haven’t even hit the stores.

Hope to see you there.

What a show!!! Maya Road’s booth was one packed booth all three days! At times, it was so packed people were shoulder to shoulder. It was a blast doing make-n-takes and getting to meet so many of my online friends and Maya Road lovers.
I had several projects picked up for publication and seem to be getting closer to a book deal. Publishing an idea book has been a dream of mine for quite some time. So we will see how fast or slow this project evolves.
I will post more later as I have photos and links to galleries I want to make sure you see. Today I have so much to do… unpacking and washing are top on the list.
I will be giving away a wonderful Maya Road RAK so get ready to find out what you have to do for a chance to win these products. This RAK will be filled with lots of new releases that aren’t yet in the stores.
Wishing you all a great day.
Let me clarify as I believe there is a bit of confusion…. I DO NOT have a BOOK DEAL… just getting some names in order. Yes I want one and believe me when it happens you will all know.
