Man… I have been about to bust holding in all these Maya Road new release secrets. Finally, we get to start sharing!! It has been torture I tell ya flat out torture! So here is my first sneak peek…. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new Velvet Sparkle Blossoms… oh my gosh the quality of these hand stitched VELVET flowers is incredible. The rhinestones in the center sparkle like diamonds…pure bliss!!! The new Scrolls are another of my absolute favorites. Covering these beauties in Antique Silver Fine Glass Glitter by Art Glitter Institute makes my heart skip beats. The album shown is about my great grandparents.

To see an additional project I created using the Jan. Kit by Cocoa Daisy and some more new release Maya Road products go check out the MMM Blog.
Oh I wonder which project I will show tomorrow… it is so hard to pick just one.

Today I woke up another year older… yep 43 years old today. My inbox is full of wonderful birthday wishes from family, and friends from all over the world. I cannot thank you enough. My Maya Road family certainly surprised me. I was not expecting this wonderful surprise at all. Andrea, Jessica, Sandy, Wendy, Katie and Caroline you truly made me feel so special and I thank you.
Today is also a very big Maya Road sneak peek day. Here is their WINTER CATALOG. Oh my are you going to love all the new products. Some just make me jump for joy!!! Tomorrow is finally the day to start the project sneak peeks. I cannot WAIT. You are going to love all the eye candy.

Just wanted to wish my dear Dad a.k.a Santa a very Happy Birthday.
Love you Dad!

And since he is such a giving kinda guy I thought it would be fun to give a Maya Road RAK in honor of his special day. This RAK will have new release products included. Which means you will be one of the first to have them. So, please leave a comment wishing my Dad a happy birthday and I will have him randomly pick a winner.
Good luck!

Here are a few close up photos of my second Winter Bella project. I love this project so much. Right now I am working on project number 3… so cute!

Today I was over helping Caroline sort new product for the design team and let me just say… my heart was racing when I saw the bags of new product. I love, love, love and want, want, want every single item they will be releasing at CHA-W. You best run… not walk to their booth opening day which by the way is booth #1987.
If you want to see a little sneak peek check out Caroline’s Blog.

Alan added a shopping cart to my blog so I can now sell projects I have created. You will find the For Sale items just to the right of the screen. Yesterday I cleaned out my project closet and listed a few items. There will be more as I digg. Man my scraproom is about to burst. It is in need of some serious cleaning and organizing.
Hope you all have a wonderful day. It is gorgeous here in Frisco… crisp air, blue sky and leaves gently falling of the trees. I love fall.

Here are a few more sneak peeks of projects I am creating for classes. I am very much in the mood to create Foofy things right now. I just love the feel of tulle mixed with rhinestones, vintage buttons and old photos and I think my Mom was the cutest little girl. She was around the age of three in this photo.

I’m just about finished with my third project…. tulle, vintage glass glitter and lace are just a few of the products I used. Gosh do I ever love this project. Hopefully I will have it completed by tonight so I can share it with you tomorrow.

Here is part of what I have been working on this past weekend. I’m creating this for a future class to teach at local scrapbook stores. I’m really looking forward to teaching. I still need to finish the album that goes along with this project but wanted to share what I have finished. This is over the top FOOF… no doubt about it, glitter, pom pom trim, velvet ric rac, silver pipe cleaners, ballerina, crown and vintage sheet music. Yep, it SCREAMS FOOF and I love it. I hope you do too.

I’m in HEAVEN!!!
Yesterday was just an ordinary day at my house, that is until I went out to check the mail and found this package crammed into my mailbox. I had no idea what it could be so I quickly hurried myself into the house. Yep, I’m still a little kid when it comes to getting a package. I see it is from Jessica (Maya Road Jessica) and honestly have no idea what this could be. Well I open it up and YIPPIE it is two packages of Halloween PEEPS with a little note that said, “As soon as I saw these I thought of you.”
As some of you might know… I LOVE PEEPS. I had no idea they made Halloween Peeps. Do I really need these… no! Am I thankful Jessica sent them… Yes! Am I going to eat them… you bet and I am going to savor every single bite and every little grain of sugar because I LOVE PEEPS!
I see a unique mini album is going to be in the works regarding my love of Peeps. Does anyone know if they make Christmas Peeps too?
Lord help my thighs.

I can’t believe it has been a week… I’m sure all of you have seen lots of CHA photos by now. Sorry about that but I do have a great excuse for not posting. I decided to enter the 2008 Memory Makers Master Contest at the last minute. So for the past week I have been in a scrapping frenzy. Last week I was chatting with Caroline about some book ideas and before I knew it she had me entering MMM! Gotta love friends like her that give you that little extra push. I would not have entered but now that it is all over and my package has been delivered I’m really glad I did. Thanks C.
CHA is a great experience. Catching up with friends from all over, meeting online friends for the first time and the early mornings and late nights, to me are so addicting. I love the feeling of a deadline and that slight… I don’t think I can move exhaustion. I honestly love everything about CHA.
Here is a group photo we took in the Maya Road booth the last day of the show. I love all these women and find them all so inspiring.

From left to right…. Heather, Caroline, Jessica, Aubrey, Judi, Me and Deborah
Tomorrow I will share some of my photos of Downtown Chicago. Jess and I had so much fun and lots of laughs in the few hours we had until we needed to catch a plane.
Have a great day.
