I finished two layouts for ScrapGal, three layouts, an altered box and a make-n-take for Cocoa Daisy and will work on challenge layout for ScrapGal that is due Monday. Today Jane Guthrie from Scrapbooking and Beyond e-mailed me wanting 6 of my layouts and gave me 2 assignments.

What a nice visit Ansley and I had with my parents. While we were down, Ansley made her first pumpkin pie. On our next visit Mom is going to teach her to make a custard pie.

Ansley is so excited that I was chosen to be one of the newest members of the 2007 Maya Road Design Team. Thanks Stacey, I can't wait to start a project. Off to create a project for my Mom. It is such a fun and easy little project to make.

Supplies needed: a wooden box (found mine at Michael's), sanding block (Michael's), Glue, pattern paper (two different patterns), red paint, silver bookplate, brads (red), mini clip (white), ribbon (green and white), cardstock (red, green and white), quotes (I used Flair Designs Christmas Quotes), Fluid Chalk Ink (Chestnut Roan) by ClearSnap, Dymo label maker and some index cards.

I created this mini album for my daughter Ansley. I used all Junkitz paperz, buttonz and ribbonz. I put stickles (Star Dust) on top of them to add just a bit of sparkle. I think it was a perfect accent.

My first book, “Delight In The Details,” was published in January of 2010 by North Light Books. I am now writing and creating projects for my second book, scheduled for publication in January 2012.
