Lemon Crinkle Cookies
A few days ago, my sister found this Lemon Crinkle Cookie recipe and shared it on my Facebook page asking me to make them when she comes to visit this weekend. I’m not sure who originally created this recipe but my goodness am I ever so happy they did. These cookies are amazing and have been given two thumbs up from everyone that tries one. I highly recommend you make these this holiday season, your friends and family will love them and you!
1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
2 Cups Cool Whip, thawed
½ to 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky! Form dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in hot 350 oven until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
