Scribbly Bird Silhouette

Here is a fun ATC to create. Cover an ATC with vintage sheet music using multi medium as your adhesive. Using Dylusions Ink Spray and a paint brush apply the ink spray over the sheet music blending several colors together. Ink one of Dina Wakley’s Scribbly Bird stamps using Jet Black Archival Ink and stamp image onto ATC.  Using black acrylic paint, paint over the entire stamped image to create a silhouette.

Using Wendy Vecchi’s Dots & Stripes Borders stencil and green acrylic paint accent the edge of the ATC using the Stripes stencil. Create a hat out of an old book page and apply Dylusions Ink Spray onto the page. Dry the hat with a heat tool then outline the hat and edge of the ATC using black acrylic paint.

Add a cut out word from a book and attach it to the hat using multi medium. Outline the bird silhouette using white acrylic paint and accent the hat and birds tummy with dots. I used the end of a stylus to create the tiny dots. Stamp the words “The Beauty of Life” using a mini stamp set and white acrylic paint. Once everything is dry accent areas of the ATC using Diamond Stickles.
