Chicken Spaghetti

Here is an awesome chicken spaghetti recipe I got from my niece, Amanda. It’s amazing and was gone before I knew it… seriously, Ansley and Brittain ate an entire 9″ x 13″ pan of it in less than 24 hours! This recipe is super simple with nearly no clean up needed. Talk about my kind of cooking. It is a bit spicy with the can of Rotel, if you don’t like real spicy food make sure you use the Mild Rotel.

      Hi Suzanne,

      I used one 16 oz. box of dry spaghetti. If you want the sauce to be a bit thinner use a little less spaghetti. This is so good! I hope you enjoy it.
