A SUPER FUN time was had by all at The Crafty Scrapper, Saturday. All you could hear was laughter, oh and the occasional DARLENE… GENA from Carolyn as she needed help off and on. It was so funny watching Darlene and Gena come running with some funny little smack down comment. It kept everyone laughing.
Carolyn’s make-n-take was by far the messiest. She had ink and mists and stamps and stencils all over her table. I even got inky doing her make-n-take and will show it to you in a later post. It is CUTE. She used all the new dylusions ink spray, stencils and stamp sets. I plan on using Dyan Reaveley’s background and border stamps with my Antiquated Collection stamp sets. I think vintage meets quirky will fun to create.
My “Trunk Show” was very successful. Thank you to all who made so many project purchases as well as book purchases. You freed up lots of space in my scraproom for sure. I do believe I now have a few shelves to fill with product. This means I might actually have a clean floor and will not have to hop over boxes in my path.
These are only half of the projects I had for sale before the doors opened. I would say I sold about 2/3’s of what I brought and thanks to Carolyn, the other 1/3 is still at her store. So if you could not make it out for this weekends event you can still look through all the remaining, cards, tags and projects I have for sale at The Crafty Scrapper. The prices are as follows… Cards $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00, Tags $7.00 – $10.00 and Projects $15.00 – $25.00.
And for those of you out of state bloggers wanting my Altered Jell-O Mold Project Kit I left some at Carolyn’s store. She offered to mail them for me and I took her up on that offer! If you want to purchase a kit to recreate these two Altered Jello Molds give The Crafty Scrapper a call at 972.923.3151. If you tell them you are one of Lisa’s Blog Readers you will get the kit for $39.00 plus shipping instead of $45.00. This goes for you local ladies too. This should cover most if not all of your shipping cost for you out of state bloggers (depending on where you live) for the kit. Just a little Thank you to my loyal blog readers.
