Instead of creating a sketch because honestly, I just don’t feel I am great at that I thought it would be fun to share a card I created for my book “Delight In The Seasons”. This card can be found in the Spring chapter on page 38. The photo of my Dad, Aunts and Uncle I feature on this card is one of my favorites of them all together.

I used an egg shaped playing card as a template to create the frame for the photo then used lots of wonderful Jenni Bowlin patterned papers from her Homespun mini paper line. The colors are perfect for spring and summer projects. I then accented the card using paper flowers, pearls, punched butterflies and a mini “Wishing You A Happy Easter” banner.

Now hop on over to Anja Wade’s BLOG and check out what she created for this celebration.

Hugs!
