Chicago Water Tower and HandBehg Felts

Jul 26, 2011

While sight-seeing in Downtown Chicago Ronda, Christine and I stumbled upon the Chicago Water Tower. The Chicago Water Tower was built in 1869 and is the second oldest water tower in the United States, after the Louisville Water Tower in Louisville, Kentucky. The architecture on this building is awesome.

While at CHA I came across a felt company called HandBehg Felts. This company has some of the cutest projects to create and are so nice. I really enjoyed talking with the owner and learning about her product. I will certainly be creating with some of these products for sure.

This was their make-n-take box… I made the cutest flower pin and could have stayed there all day making more.

A box filled with adorable felt flowers.

Adorable felt acorns.

As you can see HandBEHG Felts has adorable projects you can simply create. I love how colorful their felt pieces are… just made me smile walking in their booth. You can read all about them on their blog or by clicking here.

I hope you all are staying cool, today because I’m not. We are on our 20 something straight day of 100+ temps. Oh please Mr. Winter hurry up and come. I cannot wait to see you.

Hugs!
