CHA Day 2

It was another fun day at CHA. This after­noon I helped Car­o­line teach her 6 Ways To Use Maya Road Work­shop. It was a won­der­ful class and most every­one fin­ished their project. Then I walked the floor with Ronda look­ing at all the won­der­ful new prod­ucts which will be hit­ting stores soon. Chris­tine on the other hand was stuck in her hotel room sort­ing through all kinds of projects for the Cocoa Daisy Kits. All I can say is they are going to be AWESOME!.

Today, I have to share a few pho­tos and tell you about all the fun we had in the Crafters Work­shop booth.

After look­ing at all of Julie Balzer’s new sten­cils Ronda and I played with Julie and a great group of friends. We all know I’m not a get messy kinda girl but today I got messy. Play­ing with sten­cils, Dis­tress Inks, Col­or­washes, Golden Mod­el­ing Tex­ture Paste, Lumi­nart Paint and Paint Dab­bers and I’m sure a few other messy prod­ucts, as her table was cov­ered with so many won­der­fully fun inks and paints.

Proof I have had at one time in my artsy career messy fin­gers. I used Julie’s Damask and Chick­en­wire sten­cils to cre­ate my tag.

My com­pleted tag above (photo taken by Ronda, thanks Ronda) Lol… I must con­fess Ronda made two tags by the time I fin­ished my one.

Here is a photo of the great group I ended up sit­ting with… in this photo you’ll find me, Ronda, Julie (act­ing crazy as usual), Paula, Emily and poor Suzy is to Emily’s left just out of the photo. We were pass­ing sten­cils, and all the inks and paints etc. back and forth like crazed artists. It was a great time with lots of laughs.

And we were all thrilled Julie’s dress won “Fan Favorite”. Her dress is amaz­ing! Con­grats, Julie! You earned this awe­some win. I hope our paths cross again soon. It was won­der­ful get­ting to know you and meet your won­der­ful mom. Remem­ber, do your “Homework”.

And todays book win­ner for Day 2 went to Laura with Glitz Design. I was super excited about this as their new lines scream vin­tage, vin­tage, vin­tage! I head home tomor­row night, so I’m going to try and cram as much in tomor­row as pos­si­ble. I’ll share when I get home. Oh and I have been col­lect­ing items for my RAK. It’s been fun. I hope you participate.
