Happy National Scrapbook Day

May 7, 2011

What better way to celebrate NSD than with a giveaway. While I was cleaning out a corner of my studio, I came across two mini album kits of the project I taught in Mykonos, Greece, this past September. It’s a fun mini album to create and can be any theme you want. You get an entire sheet of Jenni Bowlin Reverse Black Stickers so the title and journaling should not be an issue.

This kit includes products from Maya Road and Jenni Bowlin and comes with the complete instructions already printed out for you. All you need to add are your photos, Glue Stick Adhesive, Foam Squares, Diamond Stickles, Black Pen, 3mm Cream Self Adhesive Pearls, Creamy Brown Ink and Basic Tools.

Two Peas has some awesome NSD Specials so don’t miss out on these deals
1. Free Gift With Every Purchase. Orders over $25. receive a free 6 x 6 paper pad.
2. Free Shipping On Orders of $30. or More. Use Coupon Code NSD511.
3. Receive an Additional 10% off All Sale and Clearance Products.

Please note offers valid May 7th — 8th on physical product only and shipped domestically. Free paper pad while supplies last.

If you want a chance to win one of the two kits, leave a comment on my blog telling me which tutorial I’ve posted over the years is your favorite. I would really like to know.  Then tomorrow I will have Ansley pick two winners.

Good Luck!

Without a doubt my favorite project you have posted is “It’s all about the dress”. I totally enjoyed creating this piece and the icing on the cake was being able to take it to Chicago last summer and show it to you at CHA. I loved the projects you posted from Mykonos and am so glad that you decided to embark on that adventure. Can’t wait to see the new book from “The Queen of Glitter”!!

The altered chipboard buttons are my favorite. They’re easy to make and FAST! I like things like this becuase they don’t require a lot of time to do and no 2 are alike. Thanks for sharing your talents with us and also for the opportunity to win this beautiful kit! Happy Mother’s Day and Happy NSD!

Oh my, Lisa. You’ve been such a great inspiration to me (both blog and book) and it’s really difficult to pick a favorite tutorial but I think I’m going to go with the crepe paper flowers. I’ve made these time and time again and think of you with every single bloom. Keep inspiring me!

I don’t think I can pick just one, I love all your stuff. And you are a Pea?!

There are so many great tutorials on your blog it’s hard to choose just one. I think that the one that had me hooked (on your blog and to purchase Delight in the Details) was the Mittens and Snowflakes tutorial on November 6, 2009.

I really like the Altered Paper Mache Box (butterfly shape) on March 28, 2010 because you took those little bunnies that I wouldn’t even look at twice and turned them into something beautiful.

I also liked the Lola Banner tutorial on June 30, 2010. I love to see how you layer everything to add such richness to all of your creations.

Can’t wait for your new book!
    Happy Mother’s Day, Lisa

    Hi Lisa,
I really enjoy all of your creative projects..and also your book. I have loved working on so many inspirational and lovely craft ideas that you share with us, but my favorite…next to the pretty hanging mitten banner…is “Say Say Old Playmate.” It has just been so much fun making the sweet little paper doll and doll dresses for my 3 little granddaughters. The dress collection is ever growing…and together we enjoy our little playmate.…and it’s been fun teaching them that almost forgotten tune from my childhood! Thanks for sharing your special creative gifts with us.
    Most Sincerely,
    Nancy Thompson

I honestly can’t pick just one — but I love your pennants and little wall hangings. The detail in them is amazing. I love the way you layer items and the glitter is fabulous! :)
