Keep an open mind all my vintage friends…

Jun 17, 2010

as this is very different from my normal style by a long shot BUT painting sure has rested my shoulder and it is feeling much better. Only I would end up with a scrapping injury. So here is what I have been working on and am so glad I can finally share. This album uses Maya Road products from their Summer release as well as lots of Maya Mists and Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints. Love these paints so much. This project will be a class at The Crafty Scrapper someday in the near future… just need to figure out when.

This album includes photos of my dad, mom, me and my husband Alan.

See I was not kidding… very different from what I usually create.

I think this is wonderful, love the colors and your painting, and writing, and all of the wonderful dots around everything. Would love to take your class, but unfortunately I am too far away. Thank you for sharing this.

It may not be your usual style, but very, very cute. It is good for the old noodle to occasionally get out of that box.

I will keep an eye out for the class at Crafty. Enjoyed your dress form class.

Lisa… LOVE this piece. The pics are adorable, the story is so sweet, and the painting reminds me of the “old” days when you had bottles and frames galore! LOL
