Mother’s Day Ornament/Tag

Here is an ornament/tag I cre­ated using an image from this vin­tage lady pdf. I LOVE these images and plan on cre­at­ing a few more orna­ments to attach to gift bags as needed. I always write a lit­tle note on the back of the tag for the recip­i­ent as I feel it adds such a per­sonal touch to the gift.

And I was really happy with how the rose looked on the tag too. I added a lit­tle creamy brown ink to dis­tress it just a bit. I think it’s per­fect. Those of you reg­is­tered in my Tips, Tech­niques and Tuto­ri­als work­shop, I will be post­ing the tuto­r­ial on how to recre­ate this soon. So be watching.

    Hi Lisa, I love your beau­ti­ful tag. Just per­fect for Mother’s Day.
    Thank you for stop­ping by and leav­ing your com­ment. Yes, I just love your book and only had it a few weeks when my book club sent me another by mis­take, I decided it would be won­der­ful to include it in my Spring give­away with my rose print so I pur­chased that one too. Was going to show inside pics, but thought I’d let it be a sur­prise. LOL~~ I know the win­ner will love it and maybe oth­ers will decide to pur­chase one too.
    We are actu­ally neigh­bors of sorts as I live in Flower Mound. So nice to meet you and thanks again for stop­ping by. I cer­tainly enjoyed my visit here.
