Mar 8, 2010

For those of you that asked if I was going to sell some Easter Ornament Kits here is your one and only chance to purchase a kit. Once I sell out they are gone. And just so you know I have a very limited supply.  The Easter Ornament Kits are are now available here.

The price per kit is $30.00. Shipping is included in the price of the kit.

With this kit you will create 6 adorable Easter Ornaments that are perfect to accent any Easter tree, gift bag or banner. These ornaments range in size from 3” to 4” and each front showcases an adorable vintage postcard image while the back of each ornament is simply covered with images of vintage sheet music. You will accent each ornament with a silk flower, self adhesive pearls, brown & white baker’s twine and buttons.

If you choose, the vintage images can be accented with Diamond Stickles and the scroll frames can be accented using Platinum Stickles. Chandelier pieces can be simply colored using Copic markers which you can purchase if you wish to accent your ornaments. You will paint, sand, glitter and glue with the end results being spectacular.

Each kit includes step-by-step instructions with color photos for those that like to recreate projects exactly as shown. And you will receive plenty of scroll frames (a complete tin — 24 scroll frames total) leaving you plenty to recreate ornaments for additional holidays, Brown & White Baker’s Twine, 1 — Tin of Maya Road Earth Buttons, 6 — Silk Flowers, Self Adhesive Pearls, 6 images of Vintage Easter Postcards, 1 — 8.5 x 11 copy of Vintage Sheet Music and a packet of Coarse Crystal Glitter.

For those who do not care to use glitter, please feel free to opt out as I understand not everyone loves glitter as much as I do. You can leave your scroll frames simply painted and inked as your finished ornaments will be perfect either way.

Please Note: These kits will not include the paint (FolkArt 632 Rose Pink, 432 Sunflower, 526 Soft Apple), the Maya Road Dangling Chandelier Beads, Copic Ciao Markers (G21 Lime Green, R20 Blush, YR31 Light Reddish Yellow) or Diamond and Platinum Stickles
