Doing the major Happy Dance…

Mar 15, 2010

Before I dropped off all the items I was donating to Frisco Resale I decided to stop in and take a look for any old books they might have sitting around… well no books were to be found but I did score this wonderful little set.… I nearly fainted when I saw these sitting on the shelf. Seriously I could not get to them fast enough… I got all of these for under $15.00. From what I can find out this is Pink Frosted Mayfair Open Rose Depression glass. It was made in the 1930’s and I LOVE it! I plan on taking these with me when I teach and filling the bowl with German Glass Glitter, sorted buttons will be placed in the relish dish and the platter and sugar and creamer will be filled with lots of great embellishments. I like to have pretty containers… makes it so fun.

So this was my reward for cleaning out my scraproom and clean out I did… I added 3 new Grab Bag Style boxes to my store if you want a good deal on some wonderful scrapping supplies. Believe me these boxes are filled with awesome product. I will be adding a few more tomorrow but have to get some more boxes.

Hope you all had a great day. It is Spring Break week for us.
