Free project tutorial from my book…

This month on the Mem­ory Mak­ers blog they are offer­ing a free project from my book “Delight In The Details”. It is my “Crepe Paper Rosette” tuto­r­ial.

As you all know I LOVE cre­at­ing crepe paper rosettes. I cre­ate them in many dif­fer­ent sizes, love to use dec­o­ra­tive scis­sors to cre­ate unique edges as well as accent the edges using Stick­les. This tuto­r­ial will show you step by step how I make mine as well as show you a few exam­ples of them used in projects.

Crepe Paper Rosettes are won­der­ful accents for cards, tags, lay­outs, home decor projects etc. Any­place you want to add a flower in my opin­ion is the per­fect spot for a crepe paper rosette.

    I just got your book in the mail yes­ter­day! I think I’m going to flip through it all really quick then go back and savor each page, detail by detail. I was just going to save a page per day, but I need to see it all now! lol!

    This has both­ered me since I took your first class-how do you get such a fine line stick­les around your crepe paper? Yours is so del­i­cate looking-we won’t dis­cuss how mine looks. As soon as the tax refund hits the bank-your book is mine!
