Oak Leaves Cluster…

Aug 26, 2009

Can you tell fall is heavy on my mind? I cannot wait for some cooler weather. But for now it looks like another hot day here in Texas. I have no idea how these High School football players practice in 100 degree temps… nuts I tell ya. Anyway on to my post and more thoughts of fall.

As you can see I am really loving my new Cuttlebug Leaf Dies and thought I would show you the cute cluster of leaves I created using the oak leaf die. This literally took me 15 min. to create from start to finish. And the tiny Maya Road Hanging Chandelier Beads are a great accent for acorns. They catch the light beautifully and will look great on a candlelit table setting. This leaf cluster would look really nice attached to a place card for your Thanksgiving guests.

Ooh, these are gorgeous! I think they’d also be really pretty on a wreath.
