I thought I would share a few sneak peeks from the Feb. kit at Cocoa Daisy. I hope you like them and I hope they pique your interest enough to come back to see the full image after the first of February and then run right on over to Cocoa Daisy to snatch up a kit.
Several months ago, I had three cards picked up by Paper Creations for their Spring 2007 issue. This is my first cover so imagine my excitement when I received the magazine in the mail and seeing one of my cards on the front.
Well here is my finished binder. I know I will see some incredible new stuff and meet lots of people I have chatted with via the net for so long. I am going to try to figure out some neat way to create a mini album to document this trip.
If you like monthly kits, you really need to check out this kit club. Tricia does a wonderful job at putting together the monthly kits and always has awesome guest designers. I’m always so excited to see my kit come each month!
This is the canvas (9 x 12) I created for the Maya Road booth at CHA. Just can’t wait to stand in the booth again but this time I will be on the other side. This is a mini album just waiting to be created.
I am having so much fun playing with all the new items from Maya Road. This little item I created using products for my Jan. Cocoa Daisy Kit. I added some Maya Road products to create a cute little something.
Next, I created this card using some scraps from my Cocoa Daisy Jan. Kit. This is such a fun kit to play around with but what would you expect from a kit that Ali created using all her favorite projects!
All I did was paint the top, front and back, covered the sides with pattern paper from the Jan. kit, glued on the buttons with my favorite glue “Scrappy Glue” and finished it off by tying some tulle I had in my stash, around the back.
My second book, “Delight In The Seasons,” was published in January of 2012. My third technique-based book, “Delight In The Art of Collage”, is scheduled for publication in January 2014 by North Light Books/F+W Media Inc .
